I just talked to my boyfriend on the phone a minute ago. I asked him about his doctors appointment. He said his doctor advice him to lose more pounds because his 10 pounds heavier now compared last year. Upon hearing it from him I was shock! I really couldn’t believe that he is now heavier compared last year because he looks like his been losing weight lately.

Now his eager to get his precor elliptical machine from his storage and start using it. He said that he probably look big last year because he has more muscle tone because he never fails to visit the gym…and since he stopped going to the gym since he moved to his new place, he never gets any chance to go back to the gym or to use his exercise equipments.
