I lost two pounds!

Oh yeah! I learnt that Losing weight isn’t that hard when we are active all the time. Since I got back from our short vacation I was so worried when I weighed myself that I gained 4 pounds (no wonder why some of my jeans is a bit tight on me). I honestly admit when I found out that I gained weight I’ve been asking Google what is the best diet pill for women? Lol! It freaks me out that I gained weight.

When I had my physical check up days ago the doctor weighed me and I am so happy that I lost 2 pounds already. I think getting up as early as 5:00 am and skipping breakfast is the reason that I lost few pounds though I'm still having this bulging belly that really looks awful Lol! I know that skipping meals isn’t healthy at all but I’m happy that it made me lose those few pounds that I put on during my vacation, I just wish though that I will also lose this soggy belly.

Oh well, I’m sure it will be flatten when I start using the ab circle that my boyfriend purchased online. It will arrive soon at our door step and I couldn’t wait to start using it.
