I felt terrible this past few days. My stomach is always gurgling which I don’t understand why. I always feel hungry even though mostly I do when I’m alone is eat and eat, a nonstop eating, munching here and there. No wonder why my body feels so heavy. I know that I should do more exercise not only when I get remember it. Hmmp! how can I lose some of this fats in me if I only go to the gym only when I don’t get lazy? Even though I have been taking some weight loss pills lately, if I don’t do some exercise the result will not be as good as what I expected. Grrrr! I really need to motivate myself, or else only I will suffer and will never stop complaining lol!
