Good morning everyone! It’s already past 10:00 in the morning and I haven’t taken my breakfast yet. I am hungry already but I couldn’t think what to eat. If we only have ginamus ( salted paste fish ) and dried fish I would never skip any meals. Hmmp I really miss all these kind of foods, but I couldn’t find it here at our Asian market. The last time I was able to eat ginamus was when my mom brought us some, but it don’t take me long to eat all of it cause I always have it every meal. Hmm can you imagine how really I miss ginamus? lols. Well I know for sure that I am not the only one who misses this kind of food.

Anyway speaking of filipino food my sister just ask me also if I wanted to go to the Asian market cause they might have a fresh fish this weekend, since she was able to buy some the last time she went there. I hope that we can go this weekend though so that I can buy some ingredients that I need for pansit bihon. I am also planning to cook some filipino foods for our 3rd wedding anniversary. I wanted to celebrate a little here at the house since my husband and I can't go out. It's just a little salo salo for the five of us ( me, hubby, sis Joy, sis husband Mike and my nephew Charles ). So this is my simple plan and nothing much especial.
