I know that pansit is supper yummy, the other day while I was preparing this for our dinner I wondered why the pansit is long and how they where able to make it long and so thin. I am so curious on how they make it and what do they use to make it. So I tried to find out something about it to answer my curiosity and I learned that pansit is comes from the word Hokkien (Min Nan) word pian i sit, which literally means something conveniently cooked fast. But I still don't know exactly how it made.
