Since I got here in the US i am not able to eat all my favorite food that I use to eat when I was in the Philippines especially sinugbang isda or chicken wings BBQ with saw sawan nga patis ug lemonsito ug sili nga halang. But sometimes I just close my eyes and don't think to much about it because I will surely miss it more. but this morning when I done my hop hop dance to Lutchi's blog I found this "sinugbang bangus" on her blog. Ohhh gracious I cant help it my mouth is becoming so watery and I cant stop my self from staring at the picture. Oh how I am craving for this food so badly and too bad for me we don't have a Filipino store here that sells this type of fish or even a Filipino restaurant. I am just glad that now that spring is coming we might be able to go fishing and can catch some fresh fish aron ko maka sugba, like I use to do when we went fishing before.
