I am so upset with my husband because when i was still in the Philippines he promise to quit smoking, but until now he cant stop even though he already coughing a lot especially at night, My husband is really having a coconut head. Well, i am glad though because he really dont smoke a lot like he used to. But my wish is will be really better if he stops it because its not really good for anyones health when your smoking. I had this experience before with my grandfather that we needed to rush him to the hospital because he can't breath good. I really dont understand them because they will just stop smoking when they already feel bad and that thing that i dont want to happen to my husband, while its not too late. plus it is a very expensive habit.

So to you out there who loves to smoke quit right now please because smoking is dangerous to your HEALTH
